The application

Maximize runs entirely on your machine. Disk analysis, optimizations, hardware telemetry and history live in a local database on your computer.

There is no usage telemetry, no advertising identifier, no behavioural profile, and no file, program list or disk content is ever sent to us. An older version had a cloud layer and it was removed entirely.

The only network traffic the app generates

Licence check — exchanges the licence key and token with the licence server. It carries no usage data.

Update check — queries the public binaries repository.

Both are deferred while Game Mode is active, so they never compete with your game.

The website

Fonts are served from our own domain. We do not use Google Fonts or any third-party CDN, precisely so your IP is not handed to another company just for visiting a page.

If you submit your email to the release notification form, it is used for that alone, never shared, and unsubscribing takes one click.

Purchases

Payment is processed by the checkout platform, which handles payment data under its own policy. We receive what is needed to issue and deliver your licence — we never receive or store full card details. Every purchase carries an unconditional 7-day guarantee with a full refund; the request goes through the contact email, and the only data used to process it is the transaction’s own.
